I had an interesting chat with the owner of the gym yesterday. I was asking myself whether or not having a PWO shake like I usually do and he told me that if I didn't really feel like having one, it's that my body didn't need it. He added that unless you want to put on mass continuously, your body doesn't need as many protein b/c your body starts recycling his own ... I must say that it was the 1st time that I hear that kinda theory. I, like most bodybuilders, thought that having at least 2g of protein per kilo bodyweight was a must to feed my muscles, especially while on cycle since AAS promote protein synthesis. I'm gonna do some research about it and I'll keep you posted!
