Hey, i'm new here, and i need some help....
i don't have access to any training equipment, but i do get outside alot...how can i build some muscle? Is there any other technique besides weightlifting that can help me build muscle?

You can do push-ups, sit-ups, lunges.. Maybe curl some heavy things in each hand...

Some prisoners do it while locked up. Chinups, situps, lunges, squats, pushups. Dont forget to eat well and get your rest.

I agree with the above: push ups, squats, crunches. Isometric contractions will help you build leg muscles too (I used to sit with my back against a wall for +/- 8 minutes lol). Every little bit counts!
